Impending motherhood

It has been so long since I last blogged. Well, pregnancy has unfortunately greatly dimmed my desire to shoot anything. During my first trimester, the constant nausea made viewing even the best food photos a turnoff. As my pregnancy progress, my movements slowed down. I never realised I do so much squatting, walking and climbing when photographing till now.

“Historic” playgrounds in Singapore

I’ve recently watched Singaporean Director - Royston Tan’s documentary titled “Old Places” and an old playground (not the one above) was featured. I’ve driven past it many times over the years, but have always taken it for granted. The documentary reminded me of the playgrounds I used to play in when I was a carefree kid. Playgrounds then were not as nice but they were unique. Many were filled with sand, so you can get your beach-fix there.
